l'Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire
Find out all the information you need to know about my new home away from home: the Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire. Concerts, education programs, orchestra members, audition information, tickets, and of course, a little about me as the new Music Director. Allez!

Hollywood in Vienna
This red carpet film music gala event, with the ORF Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra, features the best of classical film scores by such pioneering Viennese composers as Korngold and Steiner, and performances of music by their contemporaries. Each year the Max Steiner Lifetime Achievement award is presented to a living composer. Last year was John Barry. Go to the website and find out who's coming this year!

Sinfonietta Cracovia
Sinfonietta Cracovia is one of Europe's best chamber orchestras, led by the remarkable Robert Kabara as concertmaster and artistic director. With this orchestra, of which I have been Principal Guest Conductor since 2001, we have performed at such major festivals such as the White Nights in St. Petersburg, MIDEM in Cannes, at Schleswig Holstein in Germany and have made several films for ARTE and BBC, most of which can be viewed on YouTube. Click on their site and learn more about this fascinating group of artists from Krakow!

RESIARTISTS are my general managers, and not only the largest agency in Italy, but among the world's most reputable artist managers with such musicians as Maurizio Pollini. I'm honored to be on their roster, represented by the talented and brilliant, Elisabetta Longardi. Grazie!

CAMIMusic, led by Jean Jacques Cesbron, is one of the industry leaders in artist management, based on both its association with Columbia Artists Management and its diverse roster of stars. I'm deeply grateful to be represented by them. Click on their site to learn more about all their artists and activities.

Veronique Jourdain Artists Management
Veronique Jourdain and I have worked together since my first engagement in France in 2001 and remains dedicated to further expanding my profile in France and beyond. She is truly from the school of music impressaria who believe in integrity and development of the artist. Thanks to Veronique, she made the match between the ONPL and I. Merci de tout coeur!

Christoph Eschenbach
Christoph Eschenbach, the great maestro and pianist, has done more than probably any living conductor in helping nurture and develop young artists for professional careers. Julia Fischer, Lang Lang and Renée Fleming are among the great artists today who started their careers under Eschenbach's wing. As the only conductor he has supported, I am deeply humbled by his mentorship. Visit his site, see the many other artists with whom he has worked and find out where he is performing throughout the world.

Stefano Bottesi, photographer
Stefano Bottessi is a world famous photographer specializing in portraits, and I have had the distinct pleasure to be his subject. His work penetrates the psychological and spiritual character of the person being photographed. Take a look at his site and you will be impressed.
